Since I might not have the time to keep this site under control as new popularity forms, I am just going to hire the team now.

Here, you can apply to be part of our team. Being part of the team is a big responsibility, and I have the power to remove you.
I wouldn't mind if I new you a bit, or you were around 15 years old, either.

What you need to do as a Moderator:
~Locking/deleting any topics that include anything against the rules.
~Informing members with an answer to any question they might have.
~Moving topics, deleting posts, etc.

What you need to do as an Artist:
~Drawing the Adoptables, of course!
~Have the actual drawings ready to upload in time of the next month.

I can't really explain what you have to do as a co. Administrator, but I can tell you I will only be hiring two of them. Being an Administrator is an extremely important job, so I will probably be hiring someone I know fairly well for that job.
